Refund and Bonus Policy

Refund Policy

At Winteg○S𝐩γ, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If a customer is not fully satisfied with their purchase, they may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Refund Eligibility:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date.
• Refunds will be processed for customers who have legitimate concerns about the product’s functionality or unresolved technical issues.
• Refunds will not be issued for customers who simply change their mind or fail to use the software.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

• Customers must contact our support team at to initiate the refund process.
• Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and a detailed explanation of the issue.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Impact on Affiliate Commissions:

• If a refund is issued for a sale referred by an affiliate, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s account.
• If an affiliate has already received payment for a sale that is later refunded, the deducted commission will be reflected in the affiliate’s next payment cycle.
• Sale of the Day Award: If a refund occurs for a sale that qualified for the Sale of the Day Award, the award will not be affected or recalculated.

Bonus Policy

Winteg○S𝐩γ affiliates can earn bonuses and commission increases based on their performance. These bonuses and commissions are governed by the following terms:

Commission Increase Structure:

• 1-50 Sales/Month: 30% Commission
• 51-100 Sales/Month: 50% Commission
• 101+ Sales/Month: 70% Commission
• Commission increases can happen within any given month. For example, if you achieve 10 sales in one month and 50+ sales in the next, your commission will increase to 50%. Similarly, if you achieve 100+ sales, your commission will increase to 70%.
• Affiliates must maintain their sales numbers to retain their commission rate. If an affiliate achieves 100+ sales in one month but only 10 sales the following month, their commission percentage will be reduced to match the number of sales, according to the commission increase table. Therefore, affiliates need to consistently achieve more sales each month.

Affiliates Bonus Structure:

• 5 Sales Within a Week of Signing Up: $10 Bonus
• 50 Sales Within a Month of Signing Up: $100 Bonus + 50% Commission Increase
• 100 Sales Within a Month of Signing Up: $500 Bonus + 70% Commission Increase
• 1,000 Sales within 6 Months of Signing Up: $1,000 Bonus
• Sale of the Day Award: $100 awarded to the affiliate with the highest sales for the day.
• Weekly Leaderboard Bonus: $500 awarded to the affiliate with the highest sales for the week.

Bonus Claim Process:

• Bonuses will be credited to the affiliate’s account within 7-10 business days after verification of the sales target achievement.

Bonus Eligibility:

• Bonuses are only awarded when affiliates achieve the sales target within the specified timeframes (e.g., within one week of signing up, one month of signing up, etc.).
• Bonuses are only awarded for sales that are not refunded. If a sale is refunded, the corresponding bonus will not be granted, or it will be deducted from the affiliate’s account if already paid.

Policy on Misconduct:

• Any fraudulent activity, misuse of the affiliate program, or violation of the terms and conditions will result in the forfeiture of bonuses and possible termination from the affiliate program.

Exclusive Webinars

• Exclusive Webinars: Top-performing affiliates will have access to advanced marketing training through exclusive webinars. These webinars provide valuable insights into maximizing affiliate earnings and staying ahead in the competitive market.
